Risk of Being Focused: High

General Positioning: Due to how fragile Ana is, playing high grounds or close to cover are things to look out for. The more mobile the opponents characters are (i.e Winston, Tracer, Doom), the further back you want to play. 

Main Things To Look Out For: Anti nades mid fight and looking to initiate as many fights as possible with Nano boost.

Biotic Rifle

Stats

Weapon: 14 shots per clip, 1 shot every 0.8 seconds, 1.5 second reload, No head-shot damage.

Damage: 70 Damage a shot over a 0.6 second period (84 DPS Per Clip).

Heals: 75 heals a shot over a 0.6 second period (90 HPS Per Clip).

Scoped: Hit-scan – Scope in 0.25 – Scope out 0.15. -65% Movement speed when scoped.

Unscoped: Projectile – 130 M/S projectile

Side Details

  •  Scoped shots leave a trail that exposes your position.
  • Allied shots are more forgiving and projectile size is treated bigger. 
  • Healing and damage shots deals a effect over time. 

Biotic Grenade​

Stats

Classification: Arced Projectile.

Opponents: 60 Damage and a 4 second anti heal debuff.

Friendly’s: 100 Health and a 4 second 50% heal increase buff

Cooldown: 10 Seconds

Stats: 4 meters AOE radius – 30 Meters per second projectile

 

Side Details

  •  Abilities such as Zarya bubble, Mei Cryo, Moira fade, Reaper fade, Zen trans, Sombra translocation, Doom Ult, and tracer recal can purify Anas anti grenade.
  • Winston’s Primal health regeneration is not effected by anti heals when activating primal rage.

Side Details

  •  Slept targets can be woken up if they take any damage once the target have been sleeping for 0.5 seconds. 
  • During the last 0.5 seconds of a target being slept, the target will be locked in a longer wake animation, even despite taking damage. You can use this to grantee kills on 200 HP targets. 

Nano Boost

Buff: +50% damage increase and 50% damage resistance. 

Healing: 250 HP

Ultimate Cost: 2100 Points

Can be Canceled By: Stun, sleep, hack, shatter, freeze, & death.

 

Side Details

  • Nano boosted targets get a 50% damage resistance. Meaning for each 1 HP a nano targets have, it takes 2 DMG to bring it down to 0. Effectively doubling a targets’ health pool, and making a 200 HP target equivalent to a 400 HP target. In turn, this makes for each health point received doubled the worth.
  • Nano boost damage resistance does not stack with other resistances, a targets health resistance can not go passed 50%.
  • Ana’s ult gains 10% charge every 42 seconds passively. 
  • NOTE that interrupting nano is very difficult and unreliable to do consistently due to the extremely short cast time.
